Nobu Hospitality continues to expand its global footprint. Last month, it announced plans for the first Nobu property in Azerbaijan, as well as a new property in Montenegro. Both new properties will be situated within broader Sea Breeze Resort developments.

On the Caspian coast, the first Azerbaijan Nobu outpost — christened Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Residences Baku — will offer 80 guestrooms and 100 residences, including five villas, as well as the world-renowned Nobu restaurant. Guests will enjoy Caspian Sea beach access, plus an on-site bar and lounge, spa, and similar facilities.

Nobu Residences, Hotel and Restaurant in Sea Breeze Resort Montenegro will offer much the same, with comparable numbers of guestrooms and residences, on the Adriatic coast.

At the time of the announcement, Trevor Horwell, CEO, Nobu Hospitality noted, “We are incredibly excited to introduce Nobu to Azerbaijan and to make our return to Montenegro — two stunning destinations that are steeped in culture and natural beauty. This partnership with Sea Breeze Resort reflects our commitment to delivering not just one, but two exceptional Nobu projects that embody our vision. These remarkable developments exemplify our unwavering dedication to crafting unique experiences where exceptional hospitality, innovative design and world-class dining converge in perfect harmony.”

Where Can You Find the Country’s Largest, Most Comprehensive Collection of American Figurative Sculptures?

This summer, art, nature and culture lovers may think only big cities like New York City and Chicago have all of the museums and sites worthy of a trip, but there’s actually a destination  much cheaper and just as rich in experiences. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, not only boasts a beautiful coastline to cool off, but it is also home to the nation’s largest and most comprehensive collection of American figurative sculpture: Brookgreen Gardens.
