Novotel Miami Brickell recently announced fresh culinary experiences and elevated nightlife offerings at the hotel. The new menus at UVA Restaurant and Bar and newly redesigned Vista Rooftop Bar and Lounge reflect Miami’s rich cultural flavors and international flair with bold, seasonal ingredients; inventive cocktails; and dishes designed to pair perfectly with Brickell’s cityscape.

UVA Restaurant and Lounge offers all-day dining, serving energizing breakfasts, casual lunches, satisfying dinners and expertly crafted cocktails in a mid-century-inspired dining room. The newly refreshed menu showcases signature dishes such as fresh salads, Mediterranean-style sautéed calamari, flatbreads and pastas, a Wagyu Umami Burger, filet mignon with coffee dry rub, and more.

The newly redesigned poolside rooftop sanctuary Vista Rooftop Bar and Lounge offers savory snacks, expertly crafted cocktails and a laid-back Caribbean vibe — the perfect spot for after-work drinks or weekend relaxation. The all-day bites menu features items like mango & cucumber salad, ceviche, tuna poke, sticky wings, and a Vista Smashed Burger. Signature cocktails include Chillada on The Rooftop, Pero’s Pisco Sour, Sunkissed Martini, Hibiscus Cosmo and a Vista Slushie list with classic frozen favorites.
