Situated on a private island in South Ari Atoll, the intimate retreat is home to only 81 villas. New to the resort, The Alchemy Bar offers an interactive space for self-care workshops and a selection of herbal teas, bath and sleep kits, and more. New wellness and fitness opportunities at on-site Navasana Spa include aerial yoga, bungee fit, sound healing and full-moon meditation.
Guests interested in a more targeted approach may choose from two personalized wellness journeys, available in three-, five- or seven-night formats. The Holistic Fitness package focuses on motivation and movement with a combination of personalized fitness sessions tailored to individual goals and preferences. The Healing Retreat package begins with a wellness consultation and screening to design a program of gentle, supportive experiences.
