Parc’s Frozen Hugo Spritz is Philadelphia’s Drink of Summer

If you find yourself in the Philadelphia area this summer, a refreshing cocktail waits with your name on it.

Parc, a popular French Bistro in the heart of the city, overlooks the gorgeous greens of Rittenhouse Park. Capturing the classic European dining experience, you can expect to ooh and aah over the romantic, cozy interior, while waiting for a table underneath the outside awning; these seats offer the best views of the square during warmer months.

Adding a twist to a classic, Parc introduced its seasonal cocktail earlier this summer: the Frozen Hugo Spritz. Already buzzing on social media, this drink includes a blend of elderflower liqueur, prosecco, lime juice and fresh mint. Garnished with a lemon, it creates the perfect harmony of flavors to keep you cool in the hot summer sun.

It pairs well with the complimentary bread basket; my personal favorite option is the fresh Italian baguette or cranberry and walnut sourdough. You can purchase some to go, as well.
