This menu includes the Frozen Hurricane with Grenadine Foam at Teddy’s Cafe. At The Sazerac Bar, the limited-time menu will feature three new aperitifs inspired by the celebratory colors: purple, green and gold. The historic bar will also feature delicious cocktails like the Krewe Verde, Royal Iris Spritz and Carnival Sunbeam.

Red Velvet King Cakes
Teddy’s Cafe will also offer Red Velvet King Cakes, a traditional treat honoring both the legacies of the Waldorf Astoria brand and New Orleans’ Mardi Gras.

Five years after its founding, Discover Airlines made the largest investment in the company's history with plans to equip the long-haul fleet — a total of 16 Airbus A330-300s —with new cabins. The first aircraft with the new design will begin flying April 2027, with all aircraft equipped by mid-2028. After the conversion, each Airbus A330 will have 288 seats: 227 in economy class, 31 in premium economy and 30 in business class.
