Take a Longevity-Focused Retreat at This New St. Lucia Resort

TheLifeCo brings its longevity-focused retreats to the Caribbean with newly opened LifeCo St. Lucia. With 100 rooms and a 100,000-square-foot wellness campus, this is the largest LifeCo resort thus far, offering 15 wellness programs and carefully designed stays that last from four to 21 days.

Guests at TheLifeCo can expect such offerings as clinic services and integrative medicine (like NAD IV infusions, extracorporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation therapy); bio-hacking technologies and related therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy; an A.I.-assisted gym; daily wellness talks and consultations; and raw, organic and plant-based dining.
