You’ll find blackout shades to block out the glow of Broadway billboards, ensuring darkness, which signals the body it’s time for bed. The room also features immersive Calm soundscapes and Sleep Stories told through Ozlo Sleepbuds, creating a soothing cocoon, calming a racing mind and masking city sounds. Red night lighting provides a soft glow to support melatonin production, and an upgraded mattress with cooling pillows offers the perfect physical foundation for restorative sleep. Beds also boast Calm’s new bedding line in partnership with Allied Home (Spoiler alert: You can soon find the bedding at Target, with a purchase coming with a free 30-night Calm Sleep subscription).
Each stay in the room also comes with a one-year subscription to Calm Sleep and Calm for one guest, extending the benefits long after leaving the hotel.

For travelers who can’t make it to the hotel or who loved the experience so much they want more, the new Calm Sleep app can be downloaded on iOS from the Apple App Store for $69.99 per year.
