When you’re booking RV travel, you’ll find a ton of RV park options to choose from just about anywhere you’re headed, so how do you pick the best fit for you? Not all RV parks are the same — far from it.

To help you narrow down your choices, RVezy conducted a study to uncover the best and most popular, highly ranked RV parks throughout the country. The study was conducted using Google Maps data, average ratings, number of reviews and percentage of positive feedback.

The top 10 RV parks in the United States, according to the data are:

  1. Hot Springs National Park Campground, Arkansas
  2. Custer State Park Campground, South Dakota
  3. Gulf State Park Campground, Alabama
  4. Assateague Island Campground, Maryland
  5. Anastasia State Park Campground, Florida
  6. Stella Mare RV Resort, Texas
  7. Disney’s Fort Wilderness RV Resort, Florida
  8. Dead Horse Point State Park Campground, Utah
  9. Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort, California
  10. West Glacier KOA Resort, Montana

On the flip side, the study also revealed the overall worst RV parks in the country. These are the five who ranked at the bottom of the pack, out of the top 100:

  1. Guadalupe River RV Park, Texas
  2. Dakota Ridge RV Park, Colorado
  3. Lake Bomoseen Campground, Vermont
  4. Cape May KOA Holiday, New Jersey
  5. Fishing Bridge RV Park, Wyoming
