March
Take part in a two-day wellness retreat in March. With a theme of balance, this program follows a mindful approach to wellness for the mind, body and soul. Beginning in March and running on select dates throughout the year, the property’s day-long garden escape takes guests on a hands-on, farm-to-table journey through the countryside.
April
Experience The Newt’s springtime Easter Trail adventure, available April 4–21. Guests receive maps and embark on a self-guided exploration of the property grounds. The Newt also features special activations on Easter weekend.
May
The Newt launches its inaugural garden show May 9–17. The festival showcases the talents of young and emerging gardeners.
June
The Newt’s highly anticipated new estate, Yarlington Lodge, is slated to debut in June, offering 16 bedrooms across three exclusive-use properties.
July
Learn all about the property’s farm during farm show weekend, July 4–5. The experience includes demonstrations and hands-on activities.
August
The annual Gather and Grow festival takes place Aug. 22–24. The event combines technology, nature and community through wellness experiences, interactive workshops and panel discussions.
September
Visit the property on harvest weekend, Sept. 19–20. Celebrate the beginning of harvest season with culinary events and workshops.
October
Apple Day weekend takes place Oct. 17–18. This family-focused event features tractor tours, games, live music and an apple-forward menu.
November
A local tradition, Fire Night takes place on Nov. 6. The evening celebration begins with the ceremonial burning of an effigy to ward off winter.
December
In December, The Newt will debut its brand-new buffalo farm, a significant regenerative farming development.
