Vicuna Air, an in-cabin pet travel company, recently expanded its operations. In addition to routes between New York, London and Paris, the brand now offers new routes between New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
“Expanding our U.S. network is an important step for Vicuna Air,” said Jamie Everett, founder, Vicuna. “We have always believed there should be a better way to travel with pets, but hearing directly from so many owners since launching the business has made clear just how deeply this matters. This expansion allows us to offer more people across North America a premium, in-cabin alternative within the U.S., while also opening up greater access to our international London and Paris services.”
Operating its routes on Gulf Stream GVs that seat up to 10 guests and their pets, Vicuna Air offers two booking options. Furs Class allows owners and pets to fly together, with dogs seated in owners’ laps or by their feet (or in the seat adjacent, if space allows). Biscuit Class, meanwhile, allows pets to fly solo, but still in the cabin. Pets are accompanied by a dedicated concierge.
Fares start at $1,620.
