Luxury-resort-meets-vacation-rental brand Villatel just introduced a new, multi-brand platform unifying its expanding hospitality portfolio under a single framework. Now, the company operates through two distinct business lines: Villatel Resorts (its premium resort brand) and Homes by Villatel (its curated vacation rental platform).

“While traditional resorts often struggle to accommodate larger groups without requiring multiple rooms, many vacation rental platforms continue to face challenges around consistency, quality control and professional management,” said Stephen Lobell, CEO, Villatel. “Villatel’s new platform is designed to address both gaps.”
Under the Villatel Resorts brand, guests can book stays with expansive accommodations paired with resort amenities like elevated culinary experiences, bespoke arrival and check-in, security and programming, and destination amenities.

Under Homes by Villatel, guests will find vacation rentals meeting Villatel’s established brand standards, with professionally vetted accommodations backed by a trusted hospitality brand.
As part of the new platform launch, Villatel Resort Orlando will become the flagship property, serving as the brand’s foundation for future expansion. In the future, Villatel plans to bring the platform to additional leisure destinations nationwide through both resort development and the expansion of Homes by Villatel into new vacation rental markets.
