Feb. 16–18, 2024, The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur hosts the inaugural The Oberoi Concours d’Elegance. Bound to set a new benchmark to showcase the finest vintage and classic automobiles and motorcycles from India and abroad, this is the latest step by the property group to promote and preserve Indian heritage. In keeping with tradition by hosting prestigious classic and vintage car rallies around its award-winning properties, The Oberoi Concours d’Elegance showcases sought-after cars owned by Indian royalty and private collectors.
Set against the majestic backdrop of Lake Pichola and traditional domed architecture of the resort, this unique opportunity allows for viewing of some of the rarest and most historically significant automobiles restored and preserved over many generations.

Second is the launch of new premier rooms with private pools at The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur, which already boasts exquisite accommodations such as luxury tents inspired by the era of Maharajas. Nestled within the lush and expansive gardens of the resort, the newest accommodation type will each have its own 26-foot private pool. These new rooms, four in total, “redefine the concept of indulgence and exclusivity [offering] guests an unparalleled experience,” said Mr. Vishal Virmani, general manager, The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur.
Guests staying in the new premier rooms can bask in the joy of personal space, as the pools are set within a 100-square-meter private garden, enhancing the sense of seclusion and luxury. Adorned with a lavish four-poster bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a sunken marble bathtub, the interiors of the 147-square-foot rooms are designed in a calming and neutral aesthetic to offer a haven of luxury and tranquility. Rooms also offer an outdoor dining area and sun loungers near the pools.
