New Kayaking Adventures Down the Fjord

Ever wanted to go cross-country skiing and kayaking through an otherwise inaccessible territory in the boreal forest? With the Descente du Fjord kayak expedition, you get to take in the scenery of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean and Saguenay Fjord throughout this four-day adventure. You’re in for frozen cliffs, enormous boats trying to reach shore, and, come night, a cocktail and hearty meal.

The Panora seaside pods in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, located 30 minutes from the peaks of Park national de la Gaspésie, opens this year. Modern and well-insulated, these pods spoil guests with views of the St. Lawrence River, each with their own private hot tub.

Montréal en Lumiere Returns, Turns 25

This food festival returns once more, bringing more than 600 culinary guests from more than 20 countries to experience the best of Québec’s food scene. Holy Door Opens

Only one of seven holy doors in the world and the only one outside of Europe, this holy door opens to visitors in Notre de Québec Basilica Cathedral. Holy doors symbolize a passage, moving from a past one wishes to leave behind and entering a future one aspires to attain. The other six are in Rome, Spain and France. The Holy Door will remain open in Québec for two years, from Dec. 8, 2023.

A New Zipline and Suspension Bridge for the Brave

In the Côte-Nord region, you’ll now find an all-new zip line and suspension bridge. The bridge hovers more than 50 meters above Baie St. Pancrace and is open to guests this year to take in views from new heights.
