In the Catskill Mountain town of Greenville, the inn makes hand-made chocolates and offers weekend workshops in quilting, collage and creative arts.
Home to summertime lectures and productions, the institution is also noteworthy for its historic guesthouses, such as The Ashland, built around 1901, and The Vera, circa 1880.
