Dental tourism has become popular among Americans look for more affordable options to improve their smiles. Some countries offer better services than others, though, so here are a few on the safer side.

Prices for dental care in Costa Rica are often 80 percent less than the average costs in America, so many people in Florida hop down there often. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that the healing time can take place on a beautiful beach.

Mexico is likely the easiest option, though it’s also one of the most dangerous if you’re not careful. Stick with established practices in larger cities rather than the local dentist at a small town just across the border.
