M Social Hotel Sunnyvale prepares for its December 2026 opening and is now taking reservations. The lifestyle hospitality experience at the heart of Silicon Valley is designed around connection, creativity and modern movement.

“M Social Hotel Sunnyvale marks an important milestone in the growth of the M Social brand and reflects our confidence in Silicon Valley as one of the world’s most dynamic innovation hubs,” said Kwek Eik Sheng, executive director, Millennium Hotels and Resorts. “As travel and guest expectations continue to evolve, we saw an opportunity to create a hotel that goes beyond accommodation to become a vibrant lifestyle destination that reflects Silicon Valley’s entrepreneurial spirit. We believe M Social Hotel Sunnyvale is well positioned to create sustainable value for our guests, owners, partners and the wider community.”

Designed by BDE Architecture and Mazzarini & Co., the hotel reimagines the traditional hospitality arrival, rather than around a formal lobby. The property unfolds through activated social spaces defined by lounge seating, flexible gathering areas and collaborative workspaces, with expansive views and open sightlines to the surrounding setting.

Built to LEED Gold standards, M Social Hotel Sunnyvale’s connected smart-building ecosystem features mobile room keys, self-service check-in kiosks and robotic service assistants. Aiello, an in-room AI personal assistant, assists with personalized requests, provides recommendations and offers real-time assistance. The hotel still maintains strong, human-centered hospitality.

The hotel’s 263 guestrooms and suites were designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic focused on comfort and function.

Signature restaurant Beast & Butterflies is an elevated California gathering place; the rooftop beehive is more than a source of honey and serves as a symbol for the entire hotel. ctrl+B(ar), a flexible social hub, offers coffee, signature cocktails, California wines and light bites in a relaxed setting. Byte+Hub Market operates as a self-service grab-and-go concept, day or night.

Approximately 28,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meetings and events space can accommodate any type of event.
