The Caribbean’s first dedicated cider bar officially opened at Radisson Blu Aruba, bringing a harvest-driven, small-batch cider experience to Aruba’s Palm Beach. Blu Tap Cider was developed exclusively for the resort, partnering with New York’s South Hill Cider to bring a rotating selection of ciders.

The menu changes with the harvest, serving styles ranging from bright and crisp to more complex and tannic flavors rivaling fine wines. Not sure where to start? Explore the lineup through a guided Cider Flight of Four, available alongside a menu of cider cocktails, premium spirits and curated wine list.
For cider cocktails, think cider spritzes and a cider take on the classic old fashioned. Blu Tap Cider Mojito features a refreshing mojito with cider, rum, mint, simple syrup and blue curacao.
Thoughtfully paired tapas are also offered.

Blu Tap Cider is open daily from 3 to 10:30 p.m. The bar is located on the lobby level of the Clubhouse building.
Radisson Blu Aruba boasts modern and contemporary suites, on-site dining restaurants, bars and lounges, a spa, multiple pools, a fitness center, and free valet and self-parking. A complimentary beach shuttle is available for guests to explore the shores of Palm Beach.
