This tropical cocktail captures the laid-back spirit of the islands, crafted with locally made Kōloa Spiced Rum. The cocktail is smooth, creamy, sweet and citrusy with a sweet-tart twist.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Kōloa Spiced Rum
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
Instructions: Fill shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake well until chilled. Strain into glass filled with fresh ice.

Ingredients:
- 5 oz white rum
- 2 oz pineapple juice

Instructions: Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with pineapple leaf or fresh lime wheel, if desired.

Ingredients:
- 5 oz Brugal 1888
- 5 oz Planetary Pineapple Rum
- 5 oz Bacardi Superior
- 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1 oz. passion fruit purée (or juice)
- 75 oz coconut purée
- 5 oz fresh lime juice
- 25 oz simple syrup
- Small dash of sea salt
- 3 drops tiki bitters
Instructions: Dry shake all ingredients, then add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and garnish with sundae cherry.
