Celebrity Cruises Reveals 4 New Spaces on “Celebrity Xcel”

Avid cruisers are anxiously awaiting the debut of Celebrity Cruises’ newest ship, Celebrity Xcel, set to begin her inaugural season in November with sailings from Fort Lauderdale to the Caribbean. While the cruise line has announced an array of exciting additions to the ship, it most recently noted guests can expect to find four brand-new venues on Celebrity Xcel, alongside a handful of updated or elevated venues.

The Celebrity Pool Club will offer a new pool valet service offering chilled towels, sunscreen, storage and more. The pool club will also become the “Poolest” Day Ever venue on the last sea day of every Caribbean itinerary, for a party-filled day with DJs, entertainment and games.

New venue Attic at the Club is a games room geared toward adults and open 24/7, with retro games, pool, foosball and more. Meanwhile, the spa gets two new spaces, a Hydra Room in the thermal suite and a Vitamin D Deck, an outdoor space with front-of-ship views available to thermal suite guests. The spa’s salon also newly features a bubbles bar.

Lastly, the first Celebrity Flagship store will debut on the ship. An experiential retail space, it allows guests to customize and create their own souvenirs.
