Dining/Entertainment

Los Angeles’ cult classic Eggslut officially opens on the East Coast inside the new Moxy Atlanta Downtown. The brand’s expansion to Atlanta marks a milestone for the company, with its 19th location globally and first in the region.

Founded in 2011, Eggslut is a chef-driven, gourmet food concept inspired by a true love for eggs. Dishes balance comfort with innovation, offering comfort fare with a twist, all with eggs as the star. Traditional dishes include the bacon, egg and cheese, featuring hardwood-smoked bacon, over-medium egg, cheddar cheese and chipotle ketchup in a brioche bun; Fairfax, with soft scrambled eggs and chives, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and sriracha mayo; and Gaucho, featuring seared wagyu tri-tip steak, over-medium egg, chimichurri, red onions and dressed arugula.

Specialties like the Slut feature a coddled egg on top of a potato purée, poached in a glass jar, topped with gray salt and chives, and served with baguette slices. Eggslut’s sides are also popular, including its truffle hashbrowns and French toast sticks served with maple custard.

The new Eggslut lies within the centrally located hotel, just steps from Centennial Olympic Park, Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena.

In addition to this new location, Eggslut currently operates various locations across California and Nevada, as well as one in Seattle, Washington. The brand is also in Perth, Australia; Kyoto, Japan; and London and Manchester, United Kingdom.
