The new Nordic Wellness journey starts in Copenhagen, with a short daytrip to nearby natural attractions. Then, it’s down the west coast of Sweden for a stay at an organic vineyard and spa hotel for nature-inspired spa treatments and sauna experiences.
In Oslo, guests work with Oslo Sleep Clinic to finetune their sleep experiences, before enjoying a floating sauna off the harbor. Then, it’s on to the fjords and an eco-lodge. Days are spent enjoying hiking, outdoor excursions and cultural experiences, before travelers return to Copenhagen.
The trip takes place over 15 days, but it can also be extended past two weeks to include a third week taking travelers to the Arctic Circle, where, depending on the season, they can soak in either the Midnight Sun or the Northern Lights.
The experience is offered April–October 2024, starting at $9,978 per person. Don’t have 15 days to spend tapping into Scandinavian wellness? Check out Up Norway’s shorter tours.
