Ferraro’s in Las Vegas Launches Special Valentine’s Experience

Couples looking to celebrate their love in Las Vegas this Valentine’s Day should book the destination’s most romantic dining experience at Ferraro’s Ristorante. On Feb. 14, couples can Toast to Love with the restaurant’s special fixed-price menu.

Ferraro’s Valentine’s Day menu is $145 and includes two glasses of prosecco and a three-course meal.

The first course, an antipasti, is Torta di Granchio, a jumbo lump crab cake with mustard sauce. The second course begins with a featured ravioli. Then comes risotto Aragosta, featuring Acquerello risotto, lobster, seasonal black truffle and mascarpone cheese.

Diners can then select from Ossobuco, veal shank braised in red wine reduction and saffron risotto; Branzino, Mediterranean sea bass with a hazelnut crust, guanciale, zucchini, tarragon, spinach and a white wine sauce; Spaghetti Aragosta Fra Diavolo, homemade spaghetti with Maine lobster tail, fresh tomatoes and Calabrese chili peppers; or Filetto Di Manzo, a 10-ounce Butcher’s Block prime filet mignon with a Porcini mushroom sauce.

The meal is rounded out with dessert, a Torta di Olio di Olive (olive oil cake with Chambord custard and fresh strawberries).
