Outbound Yosemite is expected to debut in early 2026. The 118-room property will offer a blend of cabins and lodge-style accommodations, as well as a pool, hot tub, event space and restaurant. Outbound Sedona will open in Q2 2026. The 138-room property draws design inspiration from the stunning Arizona desert landscape. Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa will reveal a variety of renovations in 2026. The Florida resort’s refresh includes guestrooms, dining outlets and a reimagined spa with brand-new interiors.
Just in time for 2026 travel, Limelight Mammoth is expected to open this winter, marking Limelight Hotels’ debut in California. Perfect for winter sports aficionados, the resort offers an on-site ski valet. Limelight Mammoth will feature 124 guestrooms, 25 suites and 15 private residences. Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel will also open before the end of the year. The waterfront property offers six dining venues, a Topgolf Swing Suite, outdoor pool deck and spa.

Limelight Boulder opened this fall as the first hotel built in partnership with University of Colorado Boulder, and one of the largest all-electric hotels in the country. Eastwind Hotel + Bar in Windham, New York, rolls out a new wing of design-forward rooms, all in the brand’s “Scandi-chic” style. Be sure to dine at the hotel’s new forage-to-fork restaurant, Dandies. Omni Parker House in Boston, Massachusetts, celebrated its 170th anniversary this fall with the reveal of its refreshed guestrooms, suites and rooftop ballroom.
