I don’t know about you, but I’m still riding the high of The Traitors finale. I don’t typically root for traitors, but Rob played such a good traitor game I couldn’t help but be excited he won. For those of you like me, the excitement doesn’t have to end: Embark on our own treacherous adventure with a stay at some of the world’s most luxurious castles, mansions and estates that showcase the show’s dramatic events and cinematic feel. Whether you wish to prepare to participate in the civilian version of The Traitors or just want to experience the feel of the show, these properties have it all.

Castel Badia features 28 rooms and suites, as well as a private three-floor chalet. Preserved stonework and architecture meet refined Alpine modernism in a setting bringing all the dramatics you see on the show. The Abbess’ Hall gives the feel of the secret turret where traitors meet every night. Every morning, reconvene and recap the events of the night in the historic Refectory, which now serves as a breakfast space, as it does on the show.

Deep in the rolling hills of the Scottish Highlands sits Gleneagles, one of the country’s most prominent sporting estates. Guests are invited to step into their own game of Traitors by participating in more than 50 different outdoor “challenges” including archery, clay shooting, off-roading, falconry, tennis matches, padel matches and indoor rock climbing. Winners of these “challenges” get bragging rights at the banquet-style feast in the estate’s grand dining room, The Strathearn.

Ballyfin | County Laois, Ireland
If the scenery of Traitors is what draws you to the show, Ballyfin offers an Irish escape in the Slieve Bloom Mountains, which features the same dramatic landscape of the show’s own castle. Regency Mansion sits within 614 acres of parks, lakes and formal gardens, offering sweeping views at every turn. Inside the mansion, expect high ceilings, elaborate staircases, formal reception rooms, 20 individually designed rooms and suites, stunning drawing rooms, and more. Private groups can conduct their own traitor play and explore the grounds by guided hikes, horse riding and cycling.
