Martinis and Fries, Seasonal Menus and More Arrive at This London Hotel

London enters the spring cultural season, and The Londoner in Leicester Square takes part in the new season with updates to its dining and bar offerings with seasonal menus, an updated cocktail list and fun concepts for travelers and locals alike.

It seems like the “girl dinner” trend is everywhere these days. Restaurants, cocktail bars and hotels are adding this option to cater to guests wants and needs, and The Londoner is no different. The hotel debuted its Martini & Fries offering at on-site restaurant Whitcomb’s. Every day from 5 to 7 p.m., for just $18, guests can order Martinis & Fries, which includes expertly crafted martinis with chef-created fries. Choose from combinations like mezcal fat-washed with ‘nduja paired with loaded cheese fries, citrus-infused vodka with truffle and parmesan fries, or a Champagne-laced vodka martini with chicken butter fries.

Beyond Martinis & Fries at Whitcomb’s, check out The Londoner’s other bars and restaurants ranging from intimate speakeasy-style cocktail spots to lively terrace meals and more. Check out The Stage for breakfast or afternoon tea with delicious pastries and a Champagne cart. Not a Champagne drinker? You can have a staff mixologist create a delicious cocktail instead. And beer and gin lovers will want to stop by Joshua’s tavern, which features more than 52 varieties of premium gin and a wide selection of beers.

For an exclusive experience at The Londoner, guests can go to The Residence, made up of three rooms only available to guests. The Drawing room offers a space where guests can unwind, hang out or get some work done with the option to indulge in snacks and soft drinks, as well as alcoholic beverages for an additional cost. The Y Bar is the place for a fancy coffee, sweet treat, salad or delicious cocktail. The Whiskey Room, meanwhile, is a speakeasy-like bar hidden behind a door, offering one of London’s most exclusive whiskey collections.
