Pure Salt Port de Sóller Opens in Mallorca, Spain

The newest addition to the Majorcan collection of Pure Salt Luxury Hotels, Pure Salt Port de Sóller lies in the coastal town of Sóller overlooking the bay. The boutique hotel features 90 chic rooms, many with terraces offering views of the sea or Tramuntana mountains.

With a pool built into a rock cliff, guests can relax in the sun or enjoy a swim while taking in views of the bay. The pool lies within a terraced garden with a nearby bar for guests to choose from an array of light snacks and beverages.

Pure Salt Port de Sóller boasts the on-site Es Verd Mari restaurant, a Mediterranean-inspired eatery serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu features local ingredients and dishes inspired by the sea with talented chefs bringing flavors and ingredients to life on a plate. Dishes include Sóller prawns with Mediterranean Pure Salt, baked cod, rack of lamb with basil and almond crust and chicken breast stuffed with spinach and feta cheese. The al fresco terrace and lounge dining options make this restaurant the ultimate dining experience.
