Arizona’s Backland Luxury Camping, an eco resort with luxury glamping tents, offers a Grand Canyon Hike and Yoga Retreat, held May 22–24. During the retreat, yogis take over Backland Luxury Camping’s 160 acres of private land at 7,000 feet in elevation, surrounded by national forest. Ali Matt, renowned yoga instructor, leads the three-day, two-night retreat. A guided Grand Canyon hike is also included, led by Grand Canyon Adventures. Accommodations include fully climate-controlled luxury tents with panoramic glass offering views of the surrounding mountains, forest and meadows. On-site amenities include a glass-walled restaurant, kayaking, hiking trails, guided stargazing and Forest Spa Tent. The nature-infused spa wellness experience includes 60- and 90-minute massages for singles or couples.
Overall, Backland Luxury Camping offers 10 luxury glamping tents and is located 20 minutes outside Williams, Arizona, known as the gateway to the Grand Canyon. The brand strives to offer an immersive experience in nature while improving wildlife habitats and ecology.
