Following the launch of its Girl Dinner experience, Scotch 80 Prime at Palms Casino Resort debuted an all-new seasonal menu designed for summer. Exclusively in Scotch 80’s bar and lounge Sunday through Friday, 5 p.m. to close, Girl Dinner has quickly become one of Las Vegas’ most unique and popular dining experiences.
The Girl Dinner menu has been refreshed with vibrant new dishes that embrace summer while maintaining the sophistication and culinary creativity that make Scotch 80 Prime a premier steakhouse.
Perfect for mixing, matching and sharing, the refreshed menu features chef-driven dishes with playful names:
- NOT BASIC: Baby Gem Caesar bites paired with truffle fries
- TUCK & ROLL: Sweet-sticky pork belly bao bun, Iberico lumpia, and bread and butter pickles
- WHEN I DIP, WE DIP: Grilled summer squash, fresh vegetables, beet hummus and onion-artichoke dip
- SPREAD MY RITZ: Smoked salmon spread, crackers, ikura and fresh dill
- CLUCKIN’ POPS: Crispy truffled hot-honey lollipop chicken wings with moody bleu wedge stack
- DOGGIES IN A BLANKY: Mini Wagyu dogs wrapped in puff pastry with honey mustard, onion rings, and bread and butter pickles
- OHH YOU FANCY, HUH?: Tagliatelle pasta in truffle cream with shrimp or lobster
- I’LL TAKE BOTH: Scotch 80’s Chopped Salad with choice of steak, salmon, shrimp or chicken
Of course, no Girl Dinner would be complete without something sparkling. This summer, guests can enjoy Pop It Like a Bella, featuring Bonita Bonita Grand Cuvée, the California sparkling wine created by entrepreneurs and WWE Hall of Famers Nikki and Brie Garcia, known worldwide as The Bella Twins. The sparkling is available by the glass or bottle.
Scotch 80’s signature Minitinis also return, available for $10 each or as a customizable flight featuring three selections for $20:
- Rosy Rouge: Grey Goose Berry Rouge Vodka, lemon sour and muddled blueberries
- Glitter Sparkle: GH Mumm Rosé Champagne, St-Germain Elderflower and a cotton candy garnish with a hint of sparkle
- Unforgettable:Avuá Cachaça Prata, strawberry, cucumber and lime sour
The Girl Dinner experience extends through dessert, with the new Mini Dessert Trio featuring tiramisu with espresso, mascarpone and ladyfingers; lemon meringue cheesecake with graham cracker and lemon curd; and chocolate caramel mousse with dark chocolate cake and salted caramel. A shareable plate of Chocolates & Cookies can also be enjoyed.
