The SunSwept Resorts of BodyHoliday and StolenTime recently announced each resort’s respective 2026 Feature Months, which are monthly dedicated programs intended to encourage guests to step outside comfort zones, learn new skills and rediscover passions.
BodyHoliday, famed for its approach to physical and mental wellness, offers a robust calendar of five rotating Feature Months spanning themes like sailing, dancing, yoga and solo travel. Sister property StolenTime, celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, features seven unique Feature Months, including three new themes for 2026.

Additionally, St. Lucia’s own Olympic gold medalist, Julien Alfred, returns to BodyHoliday this year, Oct. 4–11, to lead beach workouts; running boot camps; informative, small group-style workshops; and Q&A sessions. The 2026 roster also features athletes such as World Cup gold medal sailor James Peters, British Olympian Luke Patience, choreographers Gordana Grandosek and Trent Whiddon, and TV dance star Lauren Oakley.
BodyHoliday’s remaining 2026 Feature Months include Jive June, dedicating the entire month of June to dance; WellFit Tribes, June 29–Aug. 22, a family-based fitness month; September Solos, a retreat designed to offer the best elements of health, well-being and fun with other like-minded solo travelers; and Octoba Yoga, the ultimate yoga retreat.
StolenTime’s remaining 2026 Feature Months include Mindful May, encouraging guests to practice mindfulness to promote mental wellbeing; Joy of June, a new Feature Month emphasizing the property’s ethos of reconnection, community and shared happiness; Summer Serve in July and spotlighting the resort’s new pickleball courts; Adventure August, debuting for the first time and inviting guests to experience the natural beauty of St. Lucia and embrace the spirit of exploration; St Lucia Dive Month in September; and Octoba Yoga.
