The Spa at The Joule recently expanded its MediSpa offerings in response to strong demand for the Express Facial Bar, adding two new devices to increase treatment capacity and enable up to four MediSpa-backed services to run simultaneously.

The MediSpa system is a multi-modality platform combining hydradermabrasion, radiofrequency, microcurrent, ultrasound, hot and cold therapy, and oxygen infusion — all in one single treatment. This technology has been central to the Express Facial Bar experience since its launch in August 2024. The Express Facial Bar has delivered more than 2,000 treatments and the Express Facial Bar now represents 20 percent of all facial services.
Express Facial Bar services integrate MediSpa technology to improve skin discoloration, texture and firmness, paired with high-performance skincare from Biologique Recherche and Valmont. A new Valmont MediSpa treatment brings together the brand’s products, signature massage techniques and device-based technology into a 45-minute experience. The same technology is now also available with the Hydraglow, Luxe Lift and Clarifying Detox facials.
