The Sunshine Hotel & Suites enters its next chapter with the completion of a top-to-bottom transformation. The updated boutique resort offers a beautiful Grand Cayman escape and a location in the middle of the island’s lively dining and entertainment scene. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a signature welcome drink before heading to newly designed suites.
Each of the hotel’s 132 spacious, light-filled suites received an upgrade, now featuring a fresh coastal aesthetic with elevated comfort. Room categories include studio, deluxe, one bedroom and executive one bedroom, each with kitchenettes or fully equipped kitchens.
Despite renovations, the restaurant kept its beloved local hot spot, Sunshine Grill. The pillar of the community now features a newly renovated, air-conditioned indoor dining area; a beautiful outdoor garden dining area; and new dishes alongside award-winning island fare. Menu highlights include famous fish tacos, signature cocktails and local dishes infused with creative flare.
Other highlights of the transformation include a newly renovated fitness center; complimentary snorkel gear through the stay; and access to its sister property, including the beach, pool loungers and more.
