Built in 1910–1911 for a royal visit, the space became India’s first destination spa in 2000. Ananda completed a massive, three-year renovation in 2022, restoring the palace’s original woodwork and detailing. In 2024, the property debuted a new room category and upgrades to its Viceregal suite.

The eco-resort opened in 1985 with inspiration from alpine guesthouses in Austria and utilizing Costa Rican materials. A recent refresh introduced sustainable upgrades to reduce environmental impact, honoring details of Costa Rican heritage.

This highly anticipated property is slated to debut spring 2026 in a restored 1936 theater, Yasaka Kaikan. Combining original architecture with modern hospitality, Imperial Hotel retained 16,387 of the original roof tiles utilizing a traditional Japanese restoration technique. The hotel will be home to 55 rooms, a spa, pool, fitness center, restaurant and bar.

The Dylan Amsterdam resides in the former courtyard of Amsterdam’s first stone theater, built in 1638 by Jacob van Campen. The theater, Schouwburg, hosted performances by Vivaldi and the like up until a fire in 1772. The building became a Catholic charity office before opening as a hotel in 1999. The property’s original gate still stands. The property features 41 guestrooms, a Michelin-starred restaurant in a former 18th-century bakery, Green Globe Gold certification and recently restored interiors.
