This month, citizenM opens its third Washington, D.C., property, citizenM Washington, D.C. Georgetown. The opening marks the first property opening for citizenM as part of Marriott Bonvoy, meaning all citizenM guests can now earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy points across all citizenM stays.

The 230-room hotel brings citizenM’s bold and design-forward approach to the capital’s oldest neighborhood, blending smart and modern design with vibrant hospitality. The hotel sits a short walk from Georgetown’s waterfront and Georgetown University.
Within, guests will find stylish amenities, including a cozy living room, the brand’s signature canteen serving 24/7 snacks and drinks, a 24/7 gym and plenty of art (including a newly commissioned mural from D.C.-based artist J.D. Deardourff).

Guestrooms are smartly furnished, designed to maximize efficiency and comfort. Beds are extra-large, king-sized and wall-to-wall with an extra fluffed duvet and luxury bedding. Accommodations also include a wide-screen television, free WiFi and rain shower with bath amenities. The room is fully controlled by an in-room iPad, including the blinds, climate, TV and light colors.
The new hotel joins the ever-expanding citizenM portfolio, which includes properties in New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Miami, Austin and more worldwide.
