Westin Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta Switches to All-Inclusive

Big changes are coming to The Westin Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta. Starting in May 2026, it will become The Westin Playa Vallarta, an All-Inclusive Resort — the first all-inclusive Westin property in Mexico.

The resort is undergoing extensive renovations as part of the multimillion-dollar overhaul. Now, it offers nearly 300 suites, including 30 private plunge pool suites and 16 swim-up rooms. Pool spaces have been refreshed, too, with pickleball and padel courts added. Ten restaurants and entertainment venues are on site. Guests also enjoy access to a fitness studio and spa, all just a short drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, as well as nearby sightseeing, golf and boating.
