Destinations / North America

This summer, Wilmington, Delaware, and the Brandywine Valley have some exciting additions, from new restaurants to a state-of-the-art golf experience to museum exhibitions.

For the Golfers

This August, The Clubhouse of Delaware debuts in the Riverfront. This 8,000-square-foot venue will boast nine high-tech golf simulators and be the first in the country to include a real putting platform at every simulator. The venue also includes a full-service restaurant and bar.

For the Foodies

Wilmington welcomes several new restaurants this summer. Ezme, in downtown Wilmington, serves up modern coastal Mediterranean cuisine from Chef Antimo DiMeo. Also downtown, Moro Bistro opens in a new location, bringing back favorite dishes from Chef Michael DiBianca. And after closing in 2024, Constitution Yards, the riverfront beer garden, reopens. This buzzing spot offers classic American fare, rotating craft beers, seasonal specialty cocktails and wines, live music on Friday and Saturday, and axe throwing.
