Saishin at the Gansevoort Hotel’s rooftop serves elegant Japanese cuisine including a 14- or 19-course omakase tasting menu. Located at The Manner hotel, The Otter offers a seafood-heavy menu with a full raw bar. Also at The Manner, Sloane’s is the property’s elegant cocktail lounge.

Opened in December, Seirēn features classic Mediterranean fare in the style of a conserva, tinned seafood. The Noortwyck’s menu features New American cuisine and an extensive wine list. Birds brings craft cocktails and live music together in an intimate West Village venue. Greywind at Hudson Yards serves up American classics for lunch and dinner. At night, the restaurant’s lower-level bar Spygold offers a cozy spot for a cocktail. The award-winning team behind Sip & Guzzle launched the bar and restaurant to one of the top establishments in the city.
