YOTEL makes its entrance into Greece with the anticipated opening of YOTELPAD Athens in late 2026. The 113-key urban aparthotel will span three centrally located buildings, combining the freedom and flexibility of apartment living with the service and innovation of a modern hotel.
Each building — Iras in Neos Kosmos, Miltiadou in Monastiraki and Peiraios in Omonoia — will feature YOTELPAD’s signature amenities, including Mission Control, Grab+Go, Wash+Go and fully equipped gyms. Peiraios will offer a rooftop terrace with views of the Athenian skyline, too.
The hotel’s PADs (studios and one-bedroom apartments) will cater to both short-term guests and long-stay residents.
Miltiadou lies steps from Syntagma Square and historic Monastiraki district, ideal for leisure and corporate guests alike, while Peiraios, the flagship building, will sit in the fast-evolving Omonoia district, currently undergoing a wave of urban regeneration. Iras, meanwhile, can be found near Syngrou-Fix metro, perfect for extended-stay business travelers looking for a more residential atmosphere with Acropolis views.
The planned opening of a YOTEL property in Greece follows the brand’s debut and presence in other major European cities, including Edinburgh, London, Amsterdam, Porto, Glasgow and Manchester.
