Awards season is in full swing and the 96th annual Academy Awards take place March 10 in Los Angeles, California. Restaurants throughout Beverly Hills feature special dishes and cocktails inspired by the glamour of the red carpet.

The Club Bar at The Peninsula Beverly Hills
Indulge in a Golden Sbagliato Cocktail made using Cocchi Americano, yellow chartreuse and Moët & Chandon (the official Champagne of the Golden Globe awards). The craft cocktail is topped with a gold leaf garnish as an homage to the golden statuettes of award season.

This Spanish restaurant boasts a Halle Berry Cocktail in honor of the award-winning actress. The elaborate cocktail features muddled blueberries, sage leaves, habanero shrub, agave nectar, Casa Del Sol Añejo and Catalina Apero.

THEBlvd at Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel
Enjoy this special awards season croissant crafted by the restaurant’s executive pastry chef. The pastry features a braiding technique, inspired by the film reel imprinted on Oscar statuettes. It is filled with dulce de leche and almonds and topped with 24-carat gold garnish.
This secluded spot on Beverly Hills’ famed Rodeo Drive features a Pink Margarita, inspired both by the nominated Barbie movie, as well as iconic stars like Marilyn Monroe.

Order the special Red Carpet Carpaccio. The lightly cured beef carpaccio is rolled out on the center of the plate, mimicking the red carpet itself. The indulgent dish is topped with lobster croutons, Kilo caviar, burnt blood orange, winter vegetables and a yuzu-truffle vinaigrette.
In addition to these special dining options, Beverly Hills debuted its final episodes of Cuisine & Couture, a web series highlighting the convergence of fashion and food.
