Guests may tour the on-site garden, which supplies ingredients to the property’s dining outlets. The culinary program employs a zero-waste method by repurposing items like fruit trimmings for use in dishes and cocktails.
This boutique hotel in St. Croix utilizes rainwater cisterns to harvest water. Dine at the on-site seafood restaurant, AMA, which supports local sources and serves sustainable seafood. The resort also works closely with Virgin Islands Good Food Coalition on food education and support for the local community.
