Bars, nightclubs, museums, restaurants, shows and commercial shopping can all be enjoyed without any interference. If all else fails, ask the locals where the best indoor spots are around town.

If you are vacationing in a warm weather area, the rain may be not only bearable, but perhaps even a much appreciated relief from the sweltering heat. Just make sure you have a dry change of clothes when you get back to the hotel.
