When considering a vacation, there is so much to do and consider and the pre-planning process can be all over the place. A helpful way to organize thoughts and ideas would be a Pinterest board, but be realistic.
This site can be a wonderland of “some days’” and “in a perfect world” boards, but that won’t assist in a vacation plan. From the actual location to the contents of the suitcase, find information via Pinterest from various travel bloggers, experts and magazines.
Starting with a location, there will be some amazing photos that should be considered as a destination. Make sure to choose a few favorites to pin and look into them either through the photo’s original site or elsewhere. It is important to consider all there is to do, where to stay, fly into, where to eat and how to get around that a single photo cannot say. Focus in on one location.
With a location in mind, the remainder of the planning is much simpler and fun. With tutorials for packing luggage specifically for cross-country backpacking, camping trips or city stays, there will be a better idea of where to begin and what to bring.
Once everything is pinned and thoughts are put into an organized board it can be much more manageable to actually plan the trip. With so many directions to go in, planning a trip can be overwhelming and stressful.
Trying to stay organized and even doing a little research can ease the mind and will result in a better vacation experience. Even if the entire board gets scrapped, it is still fun to check out all of the options in a digestible way.
