JetWonder Removes the Planning and Adds Surprise

Planning a holiday can be so stressful and time-consuming some would-be travelers put it off due to lack of preparation time. But a new service called JetWonder takes away all that worry and time by planning your vacation for you, so long as you’re open to a surprise destination.

Currently only available in Europe, JetWonder books your flight and lodging for you in a place to which you have never been before. Both solo (£250) and duo packages (£450) are available, and the fee includes the return flight and hotel (with a rating of 3 stars or more) for a weekend getaway that begins Friday afternoon and ends Sunday afternoon or evening.

Once you have selected your package, you can choose a ‘beach’ or ‘city’ vacation. You can also make notes of cities you have already visited to ensure your trip will take you to a new city ripe for exploring. A few days before take-off, you are contacted and informed of the airport to which you must report on that upcoming Friday. You also will receive a packing list that may clue you into possible destinations.

Once in your surprise European destination, guests receive recommendations on what to do and see, but your time is your own. Without a strict tour schedule to follow, you are free to explore your new surroundings at your leisure. JetWonder’s trips only depart from airports in London for the time being, but depending on the popularity of the service, JetWonder may expand to other cities in the future.
