Each distinct drink is inspired by its setting and comes with its own story.

Conrad’s Mai Tai
Head to Shipwreck Bar for a unique take on one of the resort’s iconic cocktails. Conrad’s Mai Tai was inspired by the resort’s most beloved bartender and is a strong, spirit-forward mix of high-end rums and fresh juice.
Smoked Mai Tai
At Kahuwai Cookhouse, this Mai Tai is unique to the village itself and takes inspiration from the resort’s landscape. The drink features agricole rum, pepitas and Hawaiian chili, layered with a smoke from the historic Kiwae tree, grown and sourced on property. The trees produce an earthy, smoky character for an added unique flavor to the island classic.
Moana Mai Tai
Instead of a classic Mai Tai, Moana Mai Tai brings a local touch with local rum, macadamia nut orgeat, lime and amaro for a richer taste.
Classic Mai Tai
For the traditionalist, Talk Story Bar offers a classic, straightforward Mai Tai, featuring local rum, almond orgeat, dry curaçao and fresh lime.
