Decorate on a Budget at the Affordable Art Fair, London

The Battersea Park edition of the Affordable Art Fair brings 110 local and international galleries to London.

In an age when contemporary art has become an exclusive and expensive world, the organizers of the Affordable Art Fair hope to redress the balance. As you may have realized from the name, the fair offers art at more affordable prices than other art events.

For as little £100 ($150) you can go home with a new piece of art to brighten your living space. Prices are limited to £5,000 ($7,500), which is an order of magnitude less than the starting prices at other art events.

The 2016 fair will feature work from more than 1,000 artists, and you are sure to find something you like. It might be you are looking for a bold, statement piece or a smaller print to accent your existing collection. Whatever it is you are looking for, the Affordable Art Fair has lots to choose from.

Head down to Battersea from March 10–13 to snap up a new piece of work. If you’re not in the market, it makes for a fun day browsing hundreds of stalls.
