A recent flight from London Heathrow to Toronto (YYZ) marked the first time I had flown with Air Canada.
The check-in process was easy and the flight departed on time. Staff was helpful and served what seemed like a constant stream of refreshments. From crepes, fruit and yogurt for breakfast to a meatball wrap for lunch, the passengers were kept well fed and watered.
Inflight entertainment offered a good selection of international films, TV shows and music, as well as a few games. The seats were fairly comfortable in economy class, with decent legroom and a good recline.
On arrival in Toronto the disembarkation was handled smoothly and professionally. My baggage arrived in one piece and there were no complaints from fellow passengers as far as I could see.
Overall, Air Canada provided high-quality service at a decent price. I would recommend the airline to anyone making a trans-Atlantic flight.
The Canadian flag carrier was founded in 1937 and flies to 182 destinations around the world. Toronto Pearson International Airport is its largest hub, while the company headquarters are located in Montreal.
Other hubs include Montreal (YUL), Calgary (YYC) and Vancouver (YVR), with many routes across the Americas. Highly recommended.

United Continues Its Global Expansion
