Choosing the Best Airbnb

Tips / Travel

Choosing the best Airbnb can be difficult. There’s so many available it is hard to sift through all the options. No one wants to be a traveler sitting in a coffee shop for hours trying to secure a good place to stay or showing up to an Airbnb only to find it’s not what was advertised.

The first thing is to make sure to choose as many filters as possible to get the exact place you’re looking for. The website has tons of filters including dates, guests, home type and price. This will help narrow the search and get you closer to the perfect place to stay.

Another decision to make is to decide whether or not your Airbnb is going to be themed, like a Hobbit House or a tree house, or if you just want a regular home.. The themed homes are usually more expensive, so when picking one it’s best to view the higher price tag as an extra addition to your adventure.

Always read the reviews. This is good advice because the only way you’ll truly understand the experience of staying in that home is by reading other experiences. Reviews can tell you how clean the property is, how close the attractions are and you’ll find general accommodation comments as well.
