Located at Crossroads Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri, Percheron Rooftop Bar reopened April 14 with a brand-new menu and programming. The new menu boasts small plates focused on Mediterranean flavors. Enjoy a cocktail on the side with a seasonal selection including alcoholic slushies. The bar’s summer concert series hosts eight performances from local performers.
This Minneapolis, Minnesota, hotel’s signature restaurant, Blondette, features a retractable rooftop from its fifth-floor location. The menu offers classic French dishes with a modern spin alongside wine and cocktails.
This Dallas, Texas, property boasts an eight-foot cantilevered pool on its rooftop. The unique design hangs over the hotel’s edge. The rooftop area features chaise loungers, and cocktails and bites from the bar.
