Arlo Chicago’s on-site restaurant, About Last Knife, blends elements of a steakhouse with the creativity of a gastropub to service classic and elevated American cuisine. For brunch, choose from salmon benedict, a ribeye sandwich or lamb “lollichops,” all accompanied by delicious cocktails.
