When maple syrup season kicks off in the Northeast, maple syrup producers large and small often invite travelers and locals to visit their operations and see just how maple syrup is made, as well as taste-test some of the sweet concoctions.

To help make the most out of maple syrup season in New Hampshire, Bretton Woods Vacations offers a New Hampshire Maple Experience package, allowing you to stay in one of more than 130 vacation rentals, while also experiencing the annual maple syrup celebration at The Rocks Estate. The historic property welcomes visitors for experiential learning about the history of New Hampshire, located in Bethlehem.

“We take the guesswork out of planning a maple sugaring getaway in the White Mountains. Just pick your perfect rental, add on your New Hampshire Maple Experience tickets and you’re good to go! The package even includes a bottle of Bretton Woods Vacations’ own homemade maple syrup, made right here at the Moose Lodge and Cabins on a wood fire,” said Alex Foti, owner and president, Bretton Woods Vacations.

The Rocks Estate’s New Hampshire Maple Experience takes place on select dates throughout the season: March 15, 22–23, 29–30 and April 5.

Best of Both Worlds

Enjoy the best of both worlds when you fly with TAP Air Portugal thanks to the Portugal Stopover program. With the program, TAP passengers, whether traveling for business, leisure or both, can stop in Portugal for up to 10 days at no additional airfare on the way to their final destination. What does this mean for travelers wishing to explore by both land and sea? It means after flying to Portugal with TAP and experiencing the country in an entirely new way, travelers can then embark on scenic river and ocean cruises from  Portugal’s port cities, or fly with TAP to another European destination.
