From summer margaritas and mojitos to apple cider sangria and apple pie moonshine in the fall, we’ve compiled a list of the tastiest and most festive winter cocktail and drink recipes to spice up your parties.

Hot Buttered Rum
The classic gains sweetness from brown sugar and spice from the cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

Pomegranate Sangria

The cold-weather sangria floats various fruits like oranges, grapes and pomegranate seeds over a collection of spirits, including brandy, orange liqueur and red wine.

Mulled Wine

This is the drink for winter cocktail parties. The warming drink combines apple cider with red wine for a cocktail that’ll please everyone.

Ginger Snap

What’s winter without a little bit of ginger? The rim features crushed gingerbread cookies which make the ginger and beer cocktail extra festive.

Cider Jack Cocktails

Shake applejack liqueur, lemon juice and a splash of grenadine, then top off the cocktail with hard apple cider and a cinnamon stick.

Good Tidings

Cranberry and allspice gives the cocktail more traditional winter flavors and scents, but is similar to a Tom Collins.

Applejack Sazerac

This cocktail uses many wintery things like Applejack brandy and maple syrup. It could not make for a more fireside-appropriate cocktail.

Winter Margarita

While you may think margaritas are only a summertime drink, this margarita has an egg white. The base of the drink is split between aged tequila and mezcal. It allows you to reminisce on summer feelings, but has the thickness of the body and smoke of the mezcal.
